NEIF Fund (Next Estate Income Fund), managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg, sold the Signaris building in Frankfurt to the German investor LBBW Immobilien-Gruppe. Located in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district, Signaris has a surface area of approx. 14,000 sqm. The asset is fully let to a German leading bank. According to the strategy of the fund, all NEIF assets have a green certification. Signaris benefits from a DGNB Gold certificate.

NEIF is a Luxembourg-based regulated pan-European Fund. It offers diversification in the Eurozone office sector to international institutional investors. In 2016 the fund outperformed again its objective by delivering a 5.6% cash-on-cash distribution to the investors. The vendor was advised by Linklaters.
