At a Glance Investments in the first six months of 2017
The Italian Real Estate market is still showing a positive trend. In the first six months of 2017 have been recorded investments for all commercial asset classes equal to around €4.9 billion – an increase of 40% on the same period of 2016. It is the best half year ever recorded. The Office product remains the main contributor to total volumes also in H1 2017 with around €2 billion invested (42% of the total).

The occupier market in Milan has shown in Q3 2017 a positive dynamics in continuity with the good performance recorded in 2016 and in the first half of 2017. More in details, the absorption of space in Q3 has been of around 59,500 square meters (+26% on the same quarter of 2016) for 45 deals (with respect to 31 in Q3 2016).

The slight improvement in the dynamics of the roman real estate market, recorded since last year, is continuing also in these first months of 2017. The absorption of spaces in Q3 has been of about 58,600 square meters (+70% on the same quarter of last year) for 37 deals (with respect to 22 in Q3 2016).
