In 2011 ” Women changing India” went on tour in Europe at the Galleria Forma in Milan, the Saatchi Gallery in London, the Museum Belvue Brussels, and the Petit Palais in Paris.
BNL BNP Paribas Group collaborated with BNP Paribas for the realization of the Milan exposition. Galleria Forma exhibited more than 130 images of six photographers who were asked to capture the true strength of the Indian women who have had the ability to change and revolutionize their country. These images reflect women engaged and determined to reach their personal fulfillment and show us yet an unpublished profile of the Indian society today. These faces are proud and awakened, never resigned to the obvious difficulties they found along their way to emancipation. Therefore, this exhibition has the task to discredit many clichés and to show the constantly evolving face of the new India.
