Through its subsidiaries Ségécé and Steen & Strøm, Klépierre is also continental Europe's leading shopping centre manager.

In Italy

Klépierre has been present in Italy since 1998 where its subsidiary Ségécé Italia manages 45 shopping centres, including 35 owned by Klépierre.
