Findomestic Bank S.p.A. is the Italian leader in credit consumer's offering. It was founded in 1984 and acquired the status of a bank in 1999. Now the Bank is present throughout Italy, with more than 90 offices and around 1,800 employees.

Business lines
Findomestic Bank supplies credit through the following product lines:

- Classical Credit. The better-known and more traditional form of credit.
- Revolving Credit: The more innovative form of credit: the customer has at disposal a cash reserve, real credit, to be utilized at will, through a credit card, for shopping or taking out cash advances.

Findomestic Bank is issuer of Carta Aura with more than 2,150,000 cardholders on a total of 2,380,000 cards managed and it's also a licensee of Visa and Mastercard.

In 2002 Findomestic Bank financed credit for Euro 3,97 billion, containing the operating risk at 1,12% of the total exposure. The increase in volumes of financing paid out with respect to the prior year was 8,4%, while the volume of credit outstanding with customers rose to 5,28 billions of Euro, up 14,4% compared to 2001.
