BNP Paribas Cardif: Amyko, Spixii and D-Heart are the three winners of Open-F@b Call4Ideas 2016

Amyko (first prize), Spixii (second place) and D-Heart (third place) are the winners of the third edition of Open-F@b Call4Ideas 2016, the pan-European contest promoted by BNP Paribas Cardif, among the top ten insurance companies in Italy. This year the call4ideas, realized in collaboration with, the first portal in Italy dedicated to digital innovation and entrepreneurship in the insurance industry, and PoliHub, District & Startup Incubator of Politecnico di Milano, which paids specific attention to the improving of the Customer Experience of the clients insured, with a particular focus on the protection of the family, home, health and mobility in all its meanings.

The three winners, selected by a Committee composed by executives of the BNP Paribas Group and of BNP Paribas Cardif, university professionals in the field of digital technologies and journalists, will be supported by the company internal R&D department in the development and realization of the project.

Thanks to Amyko you can view the medical information of the patient on a platform in the cloud, connected to an NFC bracelet. With D-Heart you will be able to do an electrocardiogram alone, using a portable electrocardiograph, and share it with a specialist. The Spixii project will allow companies to interact with customers in an automated way through chat and to gain information and insights.

The award ceremony was held last November 29th in Milan, at the Spazio Edit, and was opened by the introduction speech of Isabella Fumagalli, CEO of BNP Paribas Cardif in Italy, then followed by a debate on the centrality of the customer experience for business, thanks to the analysis of Oliwia Berdak of Forrester and to the testimonies of Marco Corradino of and Ignazio Rocco di Torrepadula of Credimi, by the presentation of the finalist start-ups introduced by Andrea Rangone, CEO of Digital360, and lastly by the prize-giving of the winners with Fumagalli and Stefano Mainetti, CEO of Polihub.
