BNL offers its customers workshops to help them make informed financial decisions and make the most of the tools offered by the bank. During these free workshops, BNL attempts to shed light on concepts that customers find difficult to grasp.
The workshops allow customers to learn about the banking world and the various resources available to find out more. As a result, it has become easier for them to make informed choices in financial matters. Older customers receive courses on computerization for example, and younger customers can learn to identify instruments with potential for capital appreciation.
BNL is the first Italian bank to offer this type of service.
