From a Company specialized in Saving and Credit Protection Insurance to the 7th insurance Company in Italy1, BNP Paribas Cardif has gradually evolved over the years to offer an innovative and specialized product range for the partners’ and customers’ satisfaction.
Today, BNP Paribas Cardif is the insurer of 3 million Italians, 6% of the adult Italian population, and at the end of 2013 recorded gross written premium of 4.413 billion euro. How were such results possible, for a Company whose turnover in 1989 was the equivalent of 1 million euro?
To remember these 25 years and the evolution of the Company according to the changes of market scenario, this Tuesday October 21st BNP Paribas Cardif gathered its partners on the 25th floor of the Diamond Tower in Milan for an evening entitled “Level 25 – A window on a changing world”. Among the speakers: international representatives of BNP Paribas Group such as Pierre de Villeneuve, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Cardif, Fabio Gallia, Head of BNP Paribas Group in Italy and CEO of BNL; all the Heads of BNP Paribas in Italy; some representatives from the world of innovation, among whom Riccardo Donadon, founder of Italia Startup, Vincenzo Di Nicola, founder of GoPago; and Jeff Hagins, Founder of SmartThings, through a video; Marco Tarantola, Deputy General Manager and Head of BNL Retail Department and Jany Gerometta, General Manager of Findomestic.
The evening was an opportunity to reflect on the most impactful changes in our daily professional lives and on the challenges that lie ahead, remembering a few key words which have become part of the DNA of the Company: customer centricity, innovation and proximity to partners and customers.
